"I worked for Avon for 15 years and in that time, the last 10 years were filled with trepidation. There were over 6 organized mass lay-offs. Management doesn't seen to know how to straighten out the issues which are causing most markets to be losing money, which is the reason for the lay-offs. I am sure there are lots of good opportunities for people looking to start out since they need inexpensive talent these days."

Unfortunately due to outsourcing, there is not much left of Avon. When I received my end date, the company took care of very well with our severance packages as well."

My newly-hired department head had a personality disorder to put it politely, and management/HR let her bully/bulldoze 10 people I know of until we all chose to leave. She was let go around 2 yrs in. I cannot recommend this organization as an employer."
