"I started Aviva Consulting Insurance Services as I have intimate knowledge of what it takes to run a successful agency. My goal was to help agencies and their staff to become risk managers instead of transactional agents; hence, improving their over all performance and customer satisfaction. Plus, I decided to think outside the box, and represent my client's interests by placing them with an agency that had the right companies and staffing to provide the best coverage and premium for the insured."
