"Long hours, time deploying overseas for long time, being away from family, I can deal with these, lots of hours."

What do you like about working at United States Air Force?

"The benefits are about the only reason to join. To join nowadays and try to serve your country is not worth it."

What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?

"Too much bureaucracy nowadays, it is too easy to get in trouble for trying to think outside the box or be innovative or creative and still productive. Plus, your employer is the US Government, whose sole purpose for military use is oil control for American's obsession for black stuff."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a clue. Listen more to your own people, they might know what they are talking about."
