"Long hours, time deploying overseas for long time, being away from family, I can deal with these, lots of hours."

"The benefits are about the only reason to join. To join nowadays and try to serve your country is not worth it."

"Too much bureaucracy nowadays, it is too easy to get in trouble for trying to think outside the box or be innovative or creative and still productive. Plus, your employer is the US Government, whose sole purpose for military use is oil control for American's obsession for black stuff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a clue. Listen more to your own people, they might know what they are talking about."

"THE CHALLENGE IT BROUGHT YOU WITH ALL THE TROUBLESHOOTING I HAD TO DO WITH AVIONICS SYSTEMS."

"LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY WORK ON THE FLOOR TO SOLVE PROBLEMS."
