"Avidbots provides a truly awesome product and most of the people there are great - especially the engineering and product teams. However, it is a young company that is experiencing growing pains. There is a lot of work to be done and most employees are doing multiple jobs with no plans to hire resources in the near future. As result employees burn out or feel they don't have executive support, forcing them to leave the company. I think they have enormous potential, but they need improvement in investing in their employees' success."
