"I started with this "mom and pop" shop in 2017 and dedicated 3 yrs to them. The company although stated "Brew Co." does not actually brew their own beer but the pizza is made from scratch daily and everything is cut and sliced fresh. That being said, depending on the location you go to (3 locations) they do have a wide selection of local Texas crafted beers on tap. They are more of a fast casual dine in or if you prefer carry out. Meaning that they do not have a host to seat you or waiters/waitresses to wait on you. Depending on the day and time they have no more then 2-3 employees during the day and 4-5 at night.so the ship is run pretty tight."
