"The morale at the worksite, and being the best at whatever task I was given, meaning getting the job done with a since of urgency, and getting it done right the first time."

"I didn't like the server that they were using IMS, because it wasn't an accurate system and it was entirely too slow, but they did eventually go with a faster and more accurate server Oracle WMS."

"To practice safety first, and to try to have a good atmosphere in the work place, so that it will drive your work associates to put forth their best work ethics on a daily basis."
