"The employees themselves aren't bad however that all goes horribly wrong and management just brings it all down."

What don't you like about working at Avero?

"The founder of the company doesn't have a clue hence why they replaced him in the operating role. Management has a revolving door and HR thinks they run the place. If you can work someplace else you should. As well as the fact it's a wonder they are still in operation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn how to treat people properly and get a REAL HR person."
