What do you like about working at Avcorp Business Systems?
"Avcorp provided me with the flexibility to provide to my customers exactly what they needed. There were not limitations on our solution table and could reach out across internal barriers to fulfill the needs that I would uncover or create with my clients. I had the ability to educate and train other reps to improve performance and drive revenue for the company. It was a very team oriented sales environment and I had the ability to lead them to success."
What don't you like about working at Avcorp Business Systems?
"Available resources were very limited and there was little flexibility to get what we needed to better manage the territory internally. I was at Avcorp for almost 4 years before I received a laptop and email address, items imperative for todays sales environment. However you make due and find a way to succeed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The environment and staff has changed since my time there but during my tenure at Avcorp senior management knew very little about the product, sales strategy, and how to build projects for this type of consultative sale. I suggested at the time to develop a specialist role to help build moral for the sales team and to improve education standards on strategy."
