What don't you like about working at Avantas Networks?

"I was a PRN nurse with avantas. I was required to work 2-12hr weekend shifts per month, despite the fact I felt that was unfair , if I got canceled my head nurse expected me to make up the hours on another weekend , so if I had plans I often had to cancel them. One month I got canceled every weekend I signed up for (all 4) and had to make up 48 hrs of weekends the next month. Also , no benefits as a PRN person"
