"That they continue to bring in new management and layoff people for a quick fix. Bringing in people that say they will bring the customers or knowledge but that do not make a real differnce. Instead of taking the time to train the people within and work to better the company as a team."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put the effort in stop looking for the easy way out. Bite the bullet get the training and startagies everyone needs as company and work it!"
