"This company is a MESS!!!! You will work countless hours, weekends and be lucky to get a thank you. You'll be asked to engage in unethical/illegal business activities, if you don't you'll be terminated!! They put used hardware into new customer deliverables and sell as new, they also use scrapped material and sell it as new. Units caught fire on the production line and Avalex refused to disclose this to the customer after several had shipped. Product Quality is HORRIBLE, FPY is around 30-40%. On time delivery is around 40% because of the HORRIBLE designs, Supply chain issues, and lack of standardization. The owner is a Tyrant Bully elitist that treats everyone like garbage. Avalex also had MAJOR security breach where Avalex GAVE AWAY to ID thieves all of their employee’s personal/financial information in early 2018, many couldn't file a tax return because it was already filed by the ID thieves. The only thing good about Avalex are the people at lower levels you will work with. If you have a job, DON'T leave it for this place. Employee turnover hovers around 40% because this place is so BAD."
