"No benefits, 1099 employment, no advancement potential beyond a certain point, poor job security, incompetent management, classified as contract labor when we work only for one company - this is being reviewed by the US Department of Labor and will probably put the company out of business"

"Treat your employees as valued assets instead of means to an end."
