"Infrastructure -The company uses a system whereby every activity that you perform is timed thereby creating a slight stress factor. It was diffucult to adjust at times, because after being an underwriter for so many years, I never had to worry about how much time I had to underwrite a policy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In insurance there shouldn't be a time limit placed on an underwriter to underwrite a policy even if the policy is a residual market account."

"The commute, the arragance from Managers and Corporate staff. Company moral is at an all time low."

"Treat your staff with respect. They work hard for an underpaid compensation."
