"Autonomy is a grindingly horrible place to work. I thought the acquisition by HP would fix it but it actually made things worse. On the new CEOs first day she said The Autonomy acquisition is bad for HP and bad for HP shareholders but its too late to get out of it now. "don't work there if you like your sanity, teamwork is non existent and deals will get stolen from you."

"everything, crm system and management and technology that does not work."

"I would NEVER work from any of them again. I don't understand if any of them would get a job outside of autonomy."

"The software manager will try to throw curve balls to see how the interviewee responds. As long as the interviewee keeps his composure and communicates ideas well."

"Engineering team worked solo, no collaboration. High stress environment due to poor development structure and friction between Engineering and the services team."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Assign tasks that fit the engineers strengths. Implement an Agile development process. All departments should be working together, but this simply is not the case."

"The people I work with are the hardest working people, they all do at least two peoples jobs."

"The resources and money given to get work done. There is a high turn over rate, resources don't grow with the amount of business."
