"Ultimately, the culture at Autonation Toyota Mall of Georgia is why you stay. I worked closely with management on all tiers to insure everyone was properly taken care of to not only customer satisfaction, but my satisfaction as well. They really made it a point to let you have the ability to go above and beyond for your customers. Some of my previous employers didn't give you that freedom to take care of your customers as you saw fit. I really thrived with them and I couldn't be more grateful for my time there."
