Being able to debug and refactoring your code in order to keep up with the new releases and code changes made by developers."

"Yes, when you observe your programs being used by people to make their work easier, it's fulfilling. I enjoy creating software that is the best it can possibly be by using industry standard algorithms modified for the present task as opposed to home-made algorithms that can produce intermittent results. I dislike it when I get a unit to test that does not perform as well as it should due to sloppy work or short, unrealistic schedules."
