"I love the change in the workday. Being a Controls Tester comes with a great deal of adaptation and challenge. The reward is a product that one can attach their name to and stand behind as a great product for customers. One of the greatest challenges is knowing when enough testing is enough and when to send the equipment out of the door. Expect to be the last line of excuses to all associated departments as to why mistakes happened in the field. In my experience test has always taken most blame."
