"Best job I ever had. Great boss, great coworkers, great customers, and a pretty good product. As a customer success manager, I was on the pointy tip of the spear when it came to retaining and growing business. I loved the flexibility of working from home and the "unlimited" PTO (within reason, of course). Not everything is perfect, of course. Whiplash changes in direction and unrealistic expectations from sales leadership presented challenges. The recent layoff could have been handled much better, or avoided altogether had senior management had taken a more employee-friendly approach of temporarily reducing compensation rather than scraping 10% across the board. Still, it's a great company and I would happily work there again."
