"Automation Anywhere is and up and coming company even though the technology they sell has been a round for a bit. While they are a top competitor in the RPA field, I think they let that go to their head. All the C level people and district managers only care about sales and not about enabling their employees. They frequently enact strict and unreasonable quotas and put you down for doing anything differently than how they would do it. Moral is pretty low there because of this."
