"None really."

What don't you like about working at Autodesk?

"Internal employment transitions are always handled poorly. Many of the workers are left holding the bag with managment never really understand the additional responsibilities that are absorbed by those workers. Re-hires sometimes never happen with the expectation that others will pick up the slack. Economic downturn is understandable but this has happened for years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Talk to the people doing the work and cut out the excess mid-level management."
