What do you like about working at Autodesk?

"The products are interesting and the people in the APAC office are really nice. Most the good workers are contractors."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask for lots of money because most likely what they promise you in your interview you will not get."

What don't you like about working at Autodesk?

"The money is not very good. The management is incredibly indecisive. I find the American employees to be quite rude and rather incompetent. During the interview process they said that there were lots of career development and career growth oppurtunities. Once I got hired they said that they do not promote from within. In general they are very over promise, and under deliver people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop over pormising and under delivering."
