  "The thing I liked most about being a Drafter at MJD was the sense of control I had over a project. I was instrumental in the drafting department as I started it from the almost original creation of the job. The downside to this is that you are solely responsible if something goes wrong and there is no one whom checks your work. The amount work projects is staggering and sometimes its difficult to keep all of the jobs straight. Sometimes, jobs would move all the way up to the architect before a mistake was discovered."
