Working at AutoBidMaster in Remote, OR: 1 Employee Reviews

AutoBidMaster Employee

"I am writing to share my experience as an email manager at Autobidmaster. Over the past few months, I have noticed a significant lack of knowledge about email marketing best practices among our leadership team, particularly in regards to our CEO Yury Strachuk and CTO Michael Strachuk. While our CTO is less skilled in the technical aspects and CEO in the marketing side of our business, also they seem to have little understanding of the impact that sending a large number of emails with spammy content can have on our audience. Despite my attempts to educate them on the importance of building relationships with our subscribers and delivering valuable content, they have continued to push for a more aggressive email strategy. As a result, I have been tasked with sending a large volume of emails to a huge segment of our audience, even when the content is not relevant or engaging. This has been frustrating for me, as I knew that sending spammy emails can harm our reputation and ultimately have a negative impact on our business. A few words about salary — it is extremely low. I worked for a year and they broke up with me within a week. It's a terrible experience. It sounds terrible, but Autobidmaster treating people like animals."
