"This company has great people who want to make a difference but executives and VP's do not care about that or care about their customers. They openly talk about how much money they made selling the last company they took over and talk about how the only goal here is to sell the company and get out. Few Managers and up here care about their employees or customers."

Marketing Advisor

"This company overall was pretty solid. The work environment and culture were awesome and the people I worked with are still some of my closest friends. The structure was pretty good as well but for a client marketing advisor, there was literally no room for growth. On top of which the company was always advancing and moving forward, but release dates were never ever done on time! A lot of tech companies are known for this but here it seemed worse. I enjoyed my time working here but the passing of information from up top never really trickled down well. My entire office in Norwell, MA and our office in Irvine, CA got laid off while only keeping the Headquarters in Kansas City, MO. The company didn't let us know of this until the last minute and legally had to keep us at work for an extra month and for Irvine and an extra two months based on state laws. I liked working for my company but they always seemed a little sketchy at the top and never really relayed anything to us. Headquarters also treated the client marketing advisors as if they didn't even understand our role, while the role was very knowingly the most important role when it came to client retention, customer service and actually executing marketing campaigns, which is legitimately the main product the company has to offer."

"Autoalert is an innovative software company that values their employees. They provide a work place that makes employees feel like family. The only downfall for the company is they hire outside for management positions instead of within."

"I've worked with this amazing Implementation team in the Irvine office since 2017. As a team we have "set the bar" with process, and completed a record number of implementations for clients. The success of the team speaks highly of our Manager and Senior Director at our office. With their guidance and leadership we are able to collaborate and move the department in the right direction."

"I have worked for AutoAlert, for over 7 years, in the beginning there was a lot of opportunity to learn and directions to move. The company employees are talented and a great group of people to know. If you choose to work here I hope there is a future going forward as they are going through a work force reduction."

"I have really enjoyed working for AutoAlert. It is a great innovative company with an amazing team. Only downside for me was that the main head quarters are located outside of CA. If you wanted to grow or advance in company you had to move."
