"Opportunities to implement lean measures and run a multi-million dollar facility. The owners are awesome and trust you to run your facility the way your way. The are big on relationships and always made sure to keep in personal contact with you. They gave me an opportunity to run the Ford Mod Center which included the launch of the 2010 Mustang and I exceeded the company's expectations."

"Although the owners are fully on board with implementing new quality and operations initiatives, middle management is much slower to react and sometimes will handcuff progress."
