"I loved the area I worked in. Working in Southern New Hampshire was great, compared to the previous areas."

What don't you like about working at MetLife?

"There wasn't enough time in the day. The office was in another state. I worked remotely, which I loved. But they just didn't understand what the Field Adjusters in NH were up against. And kept packing more and more work on us."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn what your field people actually do during the day, and work with them, not against them."
