They have some benefits that are really wonderful such as their pension and student loan payment plan. Auto-Owners also has a good work-life balance. However, they are an old financial company that is stuck in their ways in many circumstances. There is no flex time, no work from home, and it is business casual dress. If you are looking for a stable career, this would be a great place to work. However, if you are looking for something a bit more exciting and fast pace, I would not recommend it."
