"This position comes with a lot of freedom. Their car, their gas and your time. If your numbers are good, There isn't much stress and you can really enjoy yourself out in the field."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This really isn't a bad job at all. If you can keep your nose clean, actually make your 20 calls a day, and sell. You can make a respectable living here and enjoy at least most of your days."

What don't you like about working at Auto-Chlor System?

"Auto-Chlor expects you to make 20 calls a day and document them. This is not always easy in some territories and you find yourself being a nuisance by popping in on the same people week after week, who have no interest. They can become rude to discourage your frequent unwelcome visits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My Managers were pretty good. There was an issue with the senior salesperson in Wilsonville being an abusive J.O. to myself and every other salesperson in our state. They really should have controlled him better. A stronger management team would have."
