"I've worked for Austin Powder now for about 9 months and I'm already a shift lead. It's a great job for those who like to work hard for decent pay for the area. However, I think Austin Powder needs to bring their technology into the 21st century. And the pay could be a bit higher given the fact to what the employees are handling every day."
