"The freedom to use technology to further the company as a whole. THe board understood how technology could be used to save time and money."

"This is a typical Good Ole Boy construction company in Dallas Texas. While they are a 2.2 billion dollar a year company, it still works with a good ole boy attitude."

What don't you like about working at Austin Industries?

"Very very small IT staff. Had a total of 6 resources to support 6000 users spread across 80 different sites."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to hire more IT staff."
