"I have worked for AFP for nine years. In general it has been a positive experience. The company's culture promotes a family atmosphere and office politics is fairly minimal. There is an interesting mix of blue-collar and white-collar workers in the main office. My only complaint would be that management really doesn't understand software development, what it entails, and how internal development can work for them."
