"I've worked for Austin Canvas for six months in 2019. It is an architectural goods manufacturing company with little room to grow. You might learn a lot in the first few months but after that it becomes cookie-cutter. Because of this the owners don't care much about employees since they all can be replaceable. Also they play favorites with employees, which is not a very good management strategy."
