"When I first joined the team, it seemed like a good environment. After being promised annual reviews several times and never receiving any, a sense of distrust with management grew among our team. Morale dissipated and it just became a toxic environment. Management seemed to have a general lack of respect for our clients and the products we were developing for them, and I felt like my hard work was going unnoticed."
