"Institutional redundancy that turns the kids minds off limited expectation for the kids, influencing society in a negative stereotypical way. Unable to see how blaming teachers for what needs to happen at home. Improves on change anything."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remember what happens in the trenches, don't for get to lead by example, including pay cuts!"
