What do you like about working at BDO International?
"Everyday was a learning experience and different from the other days. It was very challenging but very fulfilling once accomplished. You learn a lot from working with employees from BDO and with interacting with clients' employees."
What don't you like about working at BDO International?
"I started my employment there during the busy season where the required minimum hours are 11 hours a day. At first it was very challenging as it was a new experience with very short training. However, everyday's experience was a training; and, as I progress to my next client assignments I became much more confident and productive in my work."

"They hire almost everyone that was an intern - so get an internship!"

"Confusing review process."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't have seniors give performance reviews and allow seniors to pick associates - seems like a conflict of interest. Many just give reviews based on how close they are with the staff, rather than actual performance."

"Just understand this isn't a work-life balance gig. This is a job to hone your skills and then move on."

"You don't have a 'boss' per se. It changes from project to project."

"They know what they're doing."

"The clients were large, multi-national companies with ever growing and changing needs."

"Big national CPA firm with total of 1,300 employees therefore having their own team of technical people and other resources, variety of different types of clients, being able to participate in career and recruiting events."

"Be familiar with Real Estate, non-profit organizations audit guide lines and compliance audits."
What don't you like about working at Reznick Group?
"Not having enough clients to keep employees adequately busy in summer months."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Expand an office in Bay Area. They will do very well in the Bay Area with the types and nature of their clients."
