"Everyday was a learning experience and different from the other days. It was very challenging but very fulfilling once accomplished. You learn a lot from working with employees from BDO and with interacting with clients' employees."
What don't you like about working at BDO International?
"I started my employment there during the busy season where the required minimum hours are 11 hours a day. At first it was very challenging as it was a new experience with very short training. However, everyday's experience was a training; and, as I progress to my next client assignments I became much more confident and productive in my work."

"Don't have seniors give performance reviews and allow seniors to pick associates - seems like a conflict of interest. Many just give reviews based on how close they are with the staff, rather than actual performance."

"Not having enough clients to keep employees adequately busy in summer months."
