"Freedom. Was my own boss. I had a boss but I had the freedom to lay my own path from A to B."

"There was nothing I didn't like. I wish I was still there as I stated before."

"Give people a chance to do their work their own way. Set a deadline and if we can get it to you, correctly, and on time leave us alone."

"I was able to work on my feet, most of the people I worked with good people, and our meal were free."

"They didn't pay much and in order to make a good living you had to be in management."

"Pay more and don't be so ridiculous with the hours you expect the Directors, Assistant Director, and Lead Technicians to work."

"There were so many great people ikn sonoma to work with from small start ups to gigantic corporations and even fun things like the annual film festival."

"There were alot of politics at the upper levels of management with the 5 star hotel industries, lots of prematurity."
