"Worst employer/job ever! I would recommend it to the people I dislike."
What do you like about working at Audigy Group?
"There were 2 full kitchens to use and a rooftop deck for semi-annual bbq's"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Go with your gut instinct and don't let the fancy talk woo you. They pour some strong kool-aid and demand a lot (there is minimal work/life balance). If you get hired, cross your t's, dot your I's and keep a written/email record of EVERYTHING! You will most likely need to produce it at one point or another. Always have an exit plan. Ask what the average years of employment are outside of upper management (how long an employee has been working there - My bet is 1-2 years max.)"
What don't you like about working at Audigy Group?
"It felt like a cult. Someone was constantly watching you and it felt like you couldn't be trusted. Be like them or don't work there. Senior management for the most part were very superficial. This place had more people coming and going than Grand Central Station. Most people brought in had zero experience in what they were hired for. There was no sense of value placed on what you did. Certain people were 'fast-tracked' while others were constantly overlooked and shifted around into other newly created positions. The owner of the company would have serious highs and lows in monthly all-staff meetings that would include red-faced damnation to sobbing tearfully...I could go on for hours!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get over yourselves. You are not golden gods; you push hearing aids and train people to do their jobs better. Yes, customers are important but so are the people working for you that put in 11+ hours a day. They are ALL cogs in the wheel. You need them all to be successful."
