Much of the knowledgeable top talent fleeing, laid off and consolidated by out-sourcing to cheap overseas labor. Too many short-timers writing nuggets on the resume and moving on, leaving more legacy dead weight/tech debt. Compensation and benefits were good. Flexible work schedule, work remote for some, and festive functions were big pluses."
