"I worked for Atria for three years. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I care about. Managers and front line staff are over worked and executive directors do not appreciate the extra time and effort the team puts in for the company and the residents. Most people who still work there absolutely love the residents so it is hard for them to leave. The residents and their families treat you like family and that is the best part of the job."
