"Belief in the product(s) I am selling to our clients. Closing the sale is a breeze after the client sets through the presentation to see the benefits ABS is able to provide along with the money they are able to save each year to return in capital and expand more in growth of their business."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you have a strong work ethic, you are prepared to work hard, you have a desire, stamina and the know-how to find new clients, you desire a stable career, and you are just in it for financial reasons, apply immediately. If you are looking for perks, adventure and a LIFE, this company isn't for you. Hopefully some day it will change, but for now, it's just a choppy and high speed ride with no finish line in sight."
What don't you like about working at Atmosphere Solutions?
"Our sales team (reps) are facing the loss of our base salaries and will be on straight commission after earning an annual salary avg. of $38k Entry-Level $52k Sr. Level. Also, car allowances and expense accounts will no longer be provided by the company. I feel this will bring production to a hault once in effect in May '12. We are already struggling to find new clients and this proves to be difficult having to manage existing/previous clients with NO renewal bonuses."

"Add to our fleet additional product(s) & services in order to cover all the bases of business solutions"
