"It was hard working for Atmel because they had many shutdowns where we were forced to take unpaid leave. It felt like a very unstable environment."

"Headquarters need to rebuild their management team. Most of these managers have a selfish attitude and do not worry about their employees. They promote low employee morale and do not want to make any improvements in boosting employee morale."
