"I spent 6 months there in IT. My manager micromanaged to a level that he could not do it alone. The company is very top heavy. There is no communication within the group or with outside groups. The processes are BROKEN. They grew too fast and lack the expertise. Supposedly it is a great place to work if you are not in IT."
