"AEG used Chromebooks for workstations and all of the work was through a web-based program. Your work had to meet certain specifications (which was not usually difficult to achieve), but was often checked by another designer who had less experience than you and who was not located in your office, but rather in the office of the project manager at the design site. The project manager gave people at his location top billing and put down the work and improvement ideas of those in other offices."
