"I've worked at the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB) since 2018. ACVB offered me great access to numerous events and businesses throughout the city. They provide great benefits to each employee: three weeks of PTO, Microsoft Surfaces for each employee, excellent medical coverage, and great options for 401k. The best part about ACVB is the care the leadership has for each associate. There are monthly check-ins with HR when you start and meetings with the leadership to understand the function of each department. After my first year with ACVB, I was promoted to a new position that they created for me based on my skillset. I received great instruction from different leaders and was always challenged to take initiative on new projects."
