"There are certainly some talented people working there, but the leadership from the top-down was lacking. Very much a sweatshop kind of environment, often with mandated overtime and no extra compensation. Very much a crisis-management style of operation. They have had many cash flow problems that resulted in some employees not getting paid regularly. I never was impacted by this during my tenure, but every payday was a crapshoot as to whether or not checks would be issued. All in all, a good learning experience, but I'm very glad to not be working there anymore. They seem to go through engineers like toilet paper."
