"After 18 months with ATI, I have found that they are a great company to work for, but definitely have their pitfalls. One of those is management. They will often say one thing but do another."
"ATI is a good company to work for, but management is fairly misguided in what needs to happen in order to maintain positive growth. They will tell us one thing then do another, lay off people from areas that are already short-staffed, but not touch bloated departments that have too many workers, and talk about change while refusing to make any. It has been a great step in my career and a very positive learning experience, but it is not something that is long-term for me."
