"Interviewing is difficult because you only have a small time slot to get to know the employees and the culture. During that time, most people will put on a facade. My recommendation would be to try and ask as many as possible what they would change if they had the chance."

"Executive Managers are not people oriented. Some have no respect for the work ethic of the employees and utilize a demeaning style of management."

"Value your employees. Find ways to show appreciation on a daily basis. Avoid destruction of personal dignity."
