"I've worked for Athletico for the past 5 years. It has been a roller coaster of change with acquisitions and management turnover. Management seems to focus more on opening more and more clinics instead of focusing on the extremely high turnover rate and issues with employee retention. Employee complaints are often overlooked and little is done to improve relationships among coworkers in the same department."
