"Aternity is an Israeli-based company with an excellent end-user performance product. They have grown and matured over the past several years and have set themselves up well for the future. The people doing the work are great to work with; definitely senior level folks. Work-life balance is reasonable for a small but growing company. The product takes 6-12 months to learn mostly by OJT as onboarding is minimal. It is a complex product even for the best engineers."
