"No chance for advancement or job or professional growth. wherre you start is where you will stay. This company has had a wage freeze for years yet senior project managers have received increasing bonuses. The health insurance is a joke, you would do better on the open market"

"If anything else is available at another company take it unless you are being hired in as a senior project manager. If you are a senior project manager you can work from home', you can take credit for all jobs well done and blame staff for every mistake, you will get bonuses while everyone else goes without raises for years. you will get to manage om5-1.0 person and describe how hard your job is. As a project manager you can come to work after the field staff and you can leave long before the field staff is finished.If you are a field or staff scientist find a place to work where you will be appreciated, rewarded and have a chance to advance"
